When you tell us about a problem
It is much easier to find the cause if you can tell us the following.
- The device you are using (for example: iPhone 15, a Windows computer)
- The browser (for example: Safari, Chrome)
- What you did and what happened (for example: “I chose a video and it said it could not be opened”)
- The format and length of the video (for example: a 3-minute video shot on an iPhone)
There is no need to send us the video itself. (Even if you send it, we are not able to receive it.)
